Architect and owner Tim Poulson designed his stunning 4-bedroom dream home.
Located next a nature reserve, the house is conceived as a single sculptural form, inspired by Palladio’s Villa rotunda and the landscape sculptures of Richard Serra. The building enclosure is orientated with the four points of the compass. An external colonnade and loggia are located on the south-east and south-west elevations.
The single-story building is wrapped in large floor-to-ceiling windows. In keeping with the clean lines and minimalist design, the roller blinds SG 4970 are discreetly installed into a recess throughout. Using Colorama 2 white fabric, the blinds gently diffuse light into this remarkable and sympathetic interior space.
